In winter all this is only 5' by car, in the city center where the nightlife is transferred there.

The entire studio is available exclusively to those who make the reservation and there will be no other guests or the hosts in it.

Beautiful view from the terrace with table chairs and a sunbed for absolute relaxation... It includes its own equipped kitchenette and its own toilet. It also has air conditioning and a 42' Smart TV with Free NetFlix Youtube. There is hot water 24 hours a day. Double-glazed insulated windows and screens. For heating there are convectors and air conditioning.

Breakfast includes individual jam preparations, butter, toast, tea, coffees - Ness/frappe, Greek coffee, filter coffee.

The beds are a size suitable for 4 adults. There is 1 double bed (the main bed is 1.50m wide and 2.00m) long, a sofa bed becomes a double bed 1.45m wide.

Adequate lighting in all interior spaces.

There are body and face towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, hand soap.
